Annual IEC Updation
Annual IEC Updation
Every IEC holder must update or confirm their Import Export Code details once a year. Even if nothing has changed, the IEC still has to be reviewed and validated on the DGFT portal. If you skip it, the IEC gets deactivated and you won’t be able to process imports, exports, or claim benefits.
We manage the entire updation process so your IEC stays active and compliant.
What we do
Review existing IEC details
Update changes in address, directors/partners, bank details, or business profile
File the annual IEC confirmation on DGFT portal
Generate and share the updated IEC
Help reactivate IEC if it has already been deactivated
Why this matters
IEC deactivation directly affects shipments, customs clearances, and export incentives. Annual updation keeps your code valid and prevents disruption to your trade activities.
